Over the past few months, I've been really perfecting my pour-over technique. I've gone from the Chemex to the Hario V60. I've Kickstarted the Medium Espro Press and even bought the Kone filter from ablebrewing. I've greatly improved my skills and tastes over the past few months and even shared my passion with many of my friends. Now I'm kickstarting, this amazing company who is bringing something new to the table. Watch and be amazed! Roast, grind, filter then brew.
If you're wondering, I'm also using the Baratza Virtuoso Grinder. This was my prized obsession as my coffee would taste as good. Oh yeah, I also subscribe to Tonx and buy Bird Rock Coffee.
Today mark's the public release of Ghost: Just a Blogging Platform. After months of hard work, you can sign up and try it out for yourself. I'm excited to migrate and go full-time for this website.

I was fortunate enough a couple of months ago to help kickstart a beautiful idea dubbed Soma. Not only did they re-engineer and rethink the idea of home water filter, the team at Soma pulled through and brought to life an amazing product. My post yesterday "Save Money, Save the Environment, Pour Your Own Coffee", received a few comments on facebook from friends telling me that their choice of brew method is the french press. Coincidently, my Kickstarter Edition Medium Espro Press was dropped off yesterday afternoon and I couldn't have been more excited about this beautiful piece of hardware! Without a doubt, the Espro Press produced the cleanest cup of french pressed coffee I've ever had. Paired with my bag of Tonx, my mornings just got upgraded. I cleaned and detailed my Bodum Chambord Coffee Press, then while placing it up high in the cabinet, my wife asked me,"Are you retiring that one now?" I gave her a slight nod along with a huge sinister-like grin.
